    VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

    This Vehicle Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of signature by both parties, between:

    2. Rental Term & Payment

    The rental rate is $150 per week.

    Payment is due in advance at the start of each rental week unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    3. Fuel Responsibility

    The Renter is responsible for adding fuel to the vehicle as needed during the rental period.

    The vehicle must be returned with at least the same amount of fuel it had at the start of the rental.

    4. Maintenance, Repairs & Insurance

    The Owner is responsible for all routine maintenance, mechanical repairs, and insurance coverage for the vehicle.

    The Renter must notify the Owner immediately if any mechanical issues, warning lights, or damage occur.

    The Renter may not authorize repairs without prior approval from the Owner.

    5. Use of Vehicle

    The Renter agrees:

    To operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all laws.

    Not to use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or commercial hauling unless otherwise agreed.

    Not to permit any other individual to drive the vehicle without the Owner’s written consent.

    To keep the interior clean and avoid negligent or abusive use of the vehicle.

    6. Damage & Liability

    The Renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, unapproved drivers, or illegal activity.

    Damage caused by normal mechanical failure or insured events is the Owner’s responsibility.

    The Renter is responsible for any traffic or parking citations incurred during the rental period.

    7. Termination

    This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 24 hours’ notice.
    The Owner may terminate immediately if the Renter violates any part of this Agreement.

    8. Return of Vehicle

    Upon termination or expiration of the rental period, the Renter must return the vehicle to the Owner in generally the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.

    9. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
